ALUMINUM ALLOY CASTING SINCE 1962
MOLTENINTOPRECISION
Aluminum castings from Hamamatsu, Japan.
Six decades of casting know-how, built into the next industry.
Shiomi Alloy Foundry is a specialist manufacturer of aluminum alloy castings, using both sand casting and gravity die casting.
Frames for semiconductor equipment, joints for industrial robots, hydraulic parts for construction machinery — our castings work out of sight as the skeleton of the machines that support everyday life.
We speak about quality with both the instinct of our craftsmen and the data of CAE simulation and 3D measurement.

What We Do

SAND CASTING
From prototypes to large parts
From a single prototype to large, complex shapes. We combine wooden patterns and 3D-printed sand molds for flexible, high-mix low-volume production.

GRAVITY CASTING
Stable quality for volume production
Dense structure and tight tolerances with gravity die casting. With in-house T6 heat treatment, we deliver mid-volume production reliably.
Traditional craft, quality proven in numbers.
OUR STRENGTHS
Why Customers Choose Us
-
POINT 01
One-stop, from one prototype to mass production
Casting design, molding, melting, heat treatment, machining and inspection — all under one roof, with a single point of contact.
-
POINT 02
CAE simulation that prevents defects
Mold-filling and solidification analysis predicts porosity and cold shuts in advance, reducing trial runs and lead time.
-
POINT 03
Visualized geometry with 3D scanning
Non-contact 3D scanners compare each casting against CAD data, reported with color-map inspection sheets.
