Casting design, molding, melting, pouring, heat treatment, machining and inspection are all carried out in our own plants.
With no outsourced steps, we respond quickly to design changes and short lead times — and responsibility for quality is always clear.

CAE SIMULATION
Eliminating defects before the first pour
Casting simulation software analyzes how the melt flows and solidifies. We identify areas at risk of porosity, shrinkage or misruns and optimize gates and risers accordingly.
Fewer trial iterations mean shorter development time and lower cost.

3D SCANNER & MACHINING
Measured, machined and ready to assemble
Non-contact 3D scanners measure the entire casting and compare it with CAD data in a color map, delivered together with the inspection report.
With 5-axis machining centers for finish machining, we can ship parts ready for assembly.
