Most of our engineers joined with no knowledge of casting at all.
For the first three months you experience every process in turn, then pair up with a senior colleague to master your own process. Opportunities to work with CAE and 3D measurement are growing, too.

- 8:30–17:30 (90-min break) / approx. 12 hours overtime per month

- From JPY 220,000 per month (based on experience)
